Ahukini Blue

Ahukini Pier, located in Hanama’ulu Bay just outside of Lihue Kauai, was built in the 1920’s and is now used for fishing. This nostalgic photo of the pier is also available in black and white. See Ahukini Black and White.

Acrylic- photo is printed on a high grade metallic photo paper, then face mounted to 1/8 inch thick acrylic with an aluminum French cleat for mounting. Acrylic refracts light so the photo has the most depth and richest color, and also has inherent UV qualities.

Aluminum- photo printed directly to Chromoluxe aluminum in a dye sublimation process and also come with a French cleat hanging system. Aluminum prints are lighter weight than the acrylic, with bold clear colors. 

Canvas-  image printed to high quality canvas with mirrored edges and gallery wrapped on a 1.5” thick subframe with a sawtooth hanger. Canvas will have the most texture of these options.
